Twenty Seventeen, the default WP theme is evolving

The new default WordPress theme deliberately brings “pep” to the blogs that will load it. Big novelty, the highlighted images and immersive video headers. A big step forward for the theme offered by WP with its “Vaughan” update

Twenty Seventeen is aimed at company sites, it has an easily customizable home page made up of several well-identified sections. We customize in the blink of an eye the widgets, the navigation, the social menus, the logo, the graphic charter etc…

The default 2017 theme (free of course) is delivered in many languages, it is played on all media (browsers and devices). It is by far the most beautiful of the default themes and has nothing to envy to many paid themes.

Basic Theme Starter Content

When you access the customization of your new free theme and in order to build a flawless foundation, the theme provides starter content. Place a business information widget or give an example of a menu containing your links to your social profiles or choose your own static homepage with huge images that are very trendy in 2017.

But while you’re doing these tests and laying out these elements, nothing is really online before the final registration you have with only the chance to set up your site by seeing the final result “live”.

With a shortcut and you return to the content editor. Combined with starter content, customize your site faster and easier than ever for a default theme.

You can now put an atmospheric video in your header. This video will highlight the products in your store or the services you are showcasing.

Smoother menu construction

Many site menus contain links to site pages, but what if you don’t have a page yet?

You can now add new pages while creating menus, instead of leaving the customizer and abandoning your changes. Once you’ve published your customizations, you’ll have new pages ready to fill with content.

Custom CSS

Sometimes, you only need a few visual tweaks to perfect your site. WordPress 4.7 allows you to add custom CSS and instantly see how your changes affect your site. The live preview allows you to work quickly, without having to refresh the page.

Image management

Managing your document optimized image library is easier with WordPress 4.7 vaughan/. Uploading PDFs will generate thumbnail images, so you can more easily see all your documents

Dashboard in your language

Just because your site is in one language doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone who helps manage it prefers that language for their admin. Add more languages to your site and a new language option will be available in your users’ profiles.
